Cindy Landolt, AKA. Swiss Superwoman, is a personal trainer and online fitness sensation. She’s become admired by masses of fans for her shredded abs and figure; inspiring and helping others to realize their goals as a coach.
She’s was destined to lead an active lifestyle from an early age, becoming highly skilled at gymnastics after starting at the age of 5. Cindy’s interest in sports eventually led her into the gym, where her passion for bodybuilding grew.

Born in the small town of Wetzikon, Switzerland, Cindy grew up running around the alpine air and mountain scenery. She also took part in numerous sports, such as swimming, skiing and snowboarding, and hiking, always having a passion for the outdoors.
At the age of 5, Cindy joined a gymnastics team and became very skilled in the sport after years of intense practise. As a result, she earned numerous medals and wanted to pursue a career as a gymnast.
Start of Fitness Journey
By the age of 16, in 2001, Cindy had grown too tall and muscular to continue gymnastics. However, she used her genetics to her advantage, and entered the gym – hoping to sculpt her dream figure.
She began lifting weights, and soon fell in-love with fitness. At this point, she set her sights on making a name for herself in the industry – she enrolled at the Swiss Academy of Fitness and Sport, to gain fitness instructing qualifications.

After 3 years of studying at college, Cindy graduated with her diploma; allowing her to become a professional fitness instructor.
With plenty of time on her hands, she began making plans to start her own business; Cindy created a website online, to offer her services as a personal trainer.
By 2016, Cindy had developed her own figure, especially her abs; she gained masses of followers on social media & as a fitness coach, becoming an online sensation.
She’s since opened her own fitness club in Zurich (Switzerland), giving her fans a place to realize their dreams together.
Cindy’s well-known for her shredded abs. However, she doesn’t perform many sit-ups in the gym – instead, she relies on deadlifts and squats to strengthen and develop her mid-section.

The Swiss Superwoman trains 4 times per week in the gym, keeping her workouts under 60 minutes.

Cindy’s Leg Day
- Squats – 2-3 sets of 150% of body weight for 20 reps
- Stiff-Legged Deadlift – 1-2 sets
- Leg Press – 2 sets
- Leg Extensions – 2 sets
- Leg Curls – 2 sets
Cindy knows the importance of nutrition when sculpting a great figure. She eats clean all-year-round, but allows herself a cheat meal once a week – she feels that cheat meals are beneficial to fire up her metabolism and satisfy her cravings.
The Swiss Superwoman plans her meals around lean proteins, green vegetables, complex carbs, and healthy fats – to provide her body with the right macros to develop further.

Idols and Influences
